3 whole eggs, beaten until light 2 c. whole milk 1/2 c. sugar 1/8 tsp. salt
Mix thoroughly and strain into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg, or vanilla may be added. This mixture may be baked in Pyrex cups by placing in shallow pan of water to cook. Bake at 350º for about 30 minutes
