1 can Salmon (1 lb or 2 Cups)
3/4 C Fresh Bread Crumbs, cut small
1 Egg, beaten
3/4 C Milk
2 T minced Onions
1/2 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
2 T Butter, melted
3 T Lemon Juice

Directions:
Directions:
Drain Salmon and break up with a fork. Ad remaining ingredients and mix well. Turn into greases 9" by 5" loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 50 to 55 minutes.
