1 lb. ground meat (beef, chicken, turkey)
1 onion
2 Tbsp. garlic (minced)
2 tsp. Fresh ginger (grated)
1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
1/4 c. Hoisen Sauce
1 Tbsp. Rice Wine Vinegar
1 8 oz. can water chestnuts
3/4 bu. green onions (thinly sliced)
2 tsp. Sesame Oil
1 bunch/head lettuce (Green leaf, red leaf, romaine, or iceberg)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meat, onion, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, hoisen sauce, and rice vinegar. Cook over medium heat until meat is cooked through. Then add water chestnuts and stir. Add scallions, and sesame oil and cook for 2 more minutes. Remove from heat. Serve 1- 2 Tbsp. of meat wrapped in a piece of lettuce.
