1 lb veal cubes
1 cup Marsala
1 can diced tomatoes/garlic, basil and oregano
1 can or jar beef gravy
olive oil
8 oz fettuccine
8 oz peas

Directions:
Directions:
Brown veal cubes in a small amount of olive oil. Add tomatoes, Marsala and gravy. Cook until veal is tender. Cook and drain fettuccine; Cook and drain peas. Top fettuccine with veal then peas. (or toss it all together.
