8 oz crab meat
1 egg
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp dry mustard
1 Tbs mayonnaise
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp mustard
1 1/2 tsp butter, melted
1/2 tsp parsley flakes
1/2 tsp Phillip's seafood seasoning
1/4 cup bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except crab meat. Mix well. Add crab meat and mix gently. Form into 4 cakes and fry.
