1/3 cup non-fat sour cream
1 Tbs reduced calorie mayonnaise
1 Tbs lemon juice
1 cup thawed peas
2 cups broccoli
2 cups Cauliflower
1 cup shredded non-fat cheddar cheese
1/2 red onion, chopped
3 slices crisp crumbled bacon

Directions:

Combine sour cream, mayo and lemon juice in a large bowl; Add veggies and cheese and toss. Chill 1-2 hours. Sprinkle with bacon and serve.
