1 Cup Soft Butter
1/3 C. Cream
2 C. Flour.

Directions:
Mix well and chill. Roll out 1/2 dough at a time. Cut really small circles. Transfer to a piece of wax paper that is covered with sugar. Turn over so there is sugar on both sides. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Pierce each circle 3-4 times with a fork.

Bake at 375 until delicately browned, watch carefully. Cool and put 2 cookies together with filling.
Filling: Blend 1/4 c. soft Butter, 3/4 c. Confectioners Sugar, 1 Egg Yolk, and 1 tsp. Vanilla. Food coloring for color tint.

Tint filling to your occasion, Christmas, Graduation, Birthday, etc.
