2 soft ripe avocados
1 small onion, minced
1 ripe tomato, diced finely
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper

Directions:

Mash avocados and blend w/ sour cream. Add additional ingredients. Stir thoroughly. Chill 30 minutes.

I got this recipe while living in San Diego. Excellent.
To increase recipe add an additional avocado and another 1/2 cup of sour cream.
