1 1/2 lbs round steak cut into about 6 pieces
1 c flour
1 - 8 oz. can tomato sauce
cooking oil for frying
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt & pepper in Ziploc bag. Coat round steak pieces with mixture. Heat oil in large skillet. Fry steak until browned. Place in Crock Pot. Cover with tomato sauce and about 1/4 cup water. Cook about 4 hours on medium heat or until beef is tender.

My crock pot cooks really fast. You may have to adjust the cooking time depending on your crock pot.
