1/2 stick butter, melted
Salt and Pepper
1 cup flour
1 chicken, 3 - 4 pounds, cut into pieces
Bottled barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place melted butter in a baking dish. Season chicken lightly with salt and pepper, and dredge each piece in flour. Place chicken in baking dish, skin side down. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Turn chicken over. Pour 2 cups of barbecue sauce over chicken. Cook an additional 30 minutes.
