1 box yellow cake mix
Maraschino Cherries
1 1lb box brown sugar
1 can of pineapple rings
1 stick of margarine or butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the cake mix according to the directions on the box.
Melt butter in a glass 9 x 13 dish (or big iron skillet.) Sprinkle the brown sugar over the butter. Add pineapple rings all over the bottom of the dish. Place a cherry in the middle of each pineapple ring. Pour cake mixture over the pineapple and brown sugar mixture. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Allow cake to cool for 2-3 minutes then invert on a platter or cake plate.
