Sweet Potato Fluff Recipe

3 c. sweet potatoes (5-6 small potatoes)
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Topping ingredients:
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. butter
1 c. chopped pecans

Cook sweet potatoes in oven until done; peel and mash. To the sweet potatoes, add sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla, milk, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well. Pour into baking dish.
For topping, mix ingredients together and sprinkle over top of sweet potato mixture. (May substitute marshmallows for pecan-based topping). Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
