1 c. oil
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. grated zucchini
3-1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. white raisins
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, oil, white and brown sugars, vanilla extract. Beat until fluffy. Add zucchini, flour, salt, pineapple, raisins, baking powder, soda and nuts. Mix well. Put mixture into greased pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
