4 Bananas cut up
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. banana liqueur
1/4 c. rum (dark or golden)
vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet. Add cinnamon, brown sugar, cook over low heat until sugar dissolves. Add bananas and liqueur, cook till bananas are soft and brown. Carefully add rum, tip the skillet away from you and ignite. Once the flame has burned away, serve with ice cream
