1 c sugar
1 c butter or margarine
3 tbsp water
1 tsp vanilla
1 (4-1/2 oz) milk chocolate bar
1/2 c finely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, butter and water in heavy saucepan. Cook to 300 or hard crack stage, stirring constantly. Add vanilla. Pour into buttered 9" square pan. Cool 5 minutes. Break chocolate bar in pieces; sprinkle over the top. Spread as it melts. Sprinkle with nuts, pressing them lightly into chocolate. Cool; break into pieces.
