1 package raw spinach few spoonfuls cottage cheese 1 green apple pinenuts chopped red onion cooked/sliced chicken breast poppyseed dressing (the kind with the peach on the front;) ) optional strawberries or other fruit
Mix together. Don't add too much cottage cheese, add as you would any other cheese to a salad.
