1 stick butter
1 (8 oz) cheese whip
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
3 c. broccoli, cooked
2 c. instant rice, cooked
3/4 c. chopped celery, cooked
3/4 c. minced onion

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1 stick butter, 1 (8 oz) cheese whip and 2 cans cream of mushroom soup. Mix 3 cups broccoli, the rice,celery and onion. Pour sauce over all ingredients into a 9x12-inch glass dish. Put into a microwave for 25 minutes or an oven at 350
for 1 hour.
