16 c. tomatoes
6 lg. onions
6-12 jalapeņos
2 c. vinegar
1 or 1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. salt
2 tbsp. garlic salt, powder
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. black pepper
1 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. alum

Directions:
Directions:
Put tomatoes, onions and peppers through blender. Pour into large pan and add all other ingredients. Stir to mix well. Cook 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours.Pour into sterile jars and seal.
