1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green onion, including tops
1 cup chopped water chestnuts
1 tablespoon oil
1 can tuna
2 tablespoons minced parsley
1 can celery soup
1/4 cup milk
1 5 oz can chow mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions, celery, water chestnuts in oil. Add tuna which has been drained and separated into chunks, parsley and all other ingredients except noodles. In casserole (1-1/2 qt) pour one half mixture into bottom of casserole over with layer of chow mein noodles, reserving 1/2 cup for top of casserole. Pour remaining half of mixture over noodles and top of casserole. Bake at 325 degrees, uncovered for 15 minutes.
