2 lbs. cubed pork
6 cloves garlic
1 lg. onion
2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. cooking oil
2 med. jalapeņos
1 pt. sour cream, opt.

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chilies on one quart water for 10 minutes. Set aside. Heat oil in skillet and brown meat. Add salt. Remove stems from chilies. Place chilies,onion and garlic in blender. Puree. If you don't have a blender, chop up. Add mixture to meat in skillet. Add enough water to cover meat. Cook till meat is tender. Roll in flour tortillas and top with sour cream, if desired.
