1 round steak , cubed
1 tsp. garlic, minced
3 jalapeños, for hot
2 cans tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c Crisco
1 sm. onion, diced
2 yellow chilies, mild
1/2 c. flour
2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Put flour , salt , pepper, meat and heated Crisco in skillet and fry, not too brown. Stir occasionally. Add peppers, onions and garlic till sautéed. Add tomato sauce and water. Simmer till meat is tender. Serve with flour tortillas.
