About 3/4 lb. medium size, raw shrimp, shelled and deveined
6 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 tablespoon minced green onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced very finely
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tablespoons parsley, minced finely

Directions:
Directions:
Pat shrimp dry on paper towels; set aside.. In frying pan melt butter over medium heat. Stir in onion, oil, garlic, lemon juice, and salt and pepper. Cook until bubbly. Add shrimp into pan, until shrimp turn pink, (about 5 min). Blend in parsley, turn into serving dish and garnish with lemon slices (optional). Serve wit rice.
