1/2 c.diced onion
3 tbs.butter
mushrooms ( opt. )
2/3 c. sour cream
2/3 c.mushroom soup
dash of Tabasco
2 tbs Worcestershire sauce

cube meat; brown with onion in butter, add mushroom soup; cook until tender.
Add remaining ingredients
cover, simmer for 30 minutes to 1 hour
