1 16 oz. can chunk pineapple in juice
about three kiwi
about three nectarines
grapes red or green - as many as you like
Can vary the amount of fruit depending on what you like and how many people you hope to feed.

Cut up fruit. Pour a bit of the pineapple juice over fruit.
I don't peel the nectarines. I do peel the kiwi.

I got this recipe from my mother. It is supposed to be a tropical salad, in which case use mangos instead of nectarines. The recipe calls for bananas but we prefer it without. Sometimes I add strawberries or plums. I have used peaches also. Nectarines are the best (good ones, of course). My family does not like it with mangos that much. I do.
