4 thick pork chops
4 slices ripe tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
4 rings green peppers
4 slices onions
4 tablespoons uncooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chops in hot skillet.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place a slice of onion, then a slice of tomato. top with a ring of green pepper and so on.
Add washed rice to skillet and add enough hot water to come to the top of the pork chops,
Cover, simmer on low heat 45 minutes.
