1 lb ground beef
1 sm onion chopped
1 1/2 c water
1/2 c ketchup
2 T prepared mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 1/2 c minute rice uncooked
1 c (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onion in large skillet on medium high heat. Drain. Stir in water, ketchup, mustard, salt and pepper. Bring to boil. Stir in rice. Cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. sprinkle with cheese, cover. Let stand 3 minutes or until cheese melts. Garnish with lettuce leaves, pickle and tomato slices.
