1(8.8oz) pouch ready to serve Spanish style rice, I use Uncle Bens 90 second microwaveable.
1 15oz can black beans drained
1 cup chunky salsa
1 cup (4 oz) shredded mexican four cheese blend)
2 cups shredded deli roasted chicken or baked chicken
10 (8-inch) soft taco size flour tortillas
1/4 cup butter melted
Toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream and guacamole

Directions:
Heat rice according to package. Stir together rice and next 3 ingredients, and chicken. Spread 1/2 cup rice mixture just below center of each tortilla. Fold bottom third up and over filling of each tortilla, just until covered. Fold left and right sides of tortillas over, and roll up. Place seam sides down, on a lightly greased jelly roll pan. Brush tops of tortillas with melted butter.
Bake@ 400F for 15 -18 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with desired toppings.
