1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 T. sesame seeds
1 T. poppy seeds
1/2 cup canola/vegetable oil
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 green onion
candied almonds
romaine lettuce and spring mix

1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. water

Heat sugar and vinegar until dissolved.
Put sesame seeds, poppy seeds, oil, Worcestershire sauce and green onion in blender and shake.

Candied Almonds:
Stir almonds with 1/4 cup sugar and 2 tsp. water in frying pan until golden brown.

Add almonds and strawberries to a mix of romaine lettuce and spring mix. Add dressing right before serving.

This is a delicious salad! You can use store bought poppyseed dressing instead of making it from scratch.
