Ingredients:
Cake:
Duncan Hines White Cake Mix
small box of Strawberry Jello
3/4 c. of oil
1/4 c. water
4 eggs
small box/can of Frozen Strawberries (I use the small plastic tub of strawberries, which is more than the box).

Icing:
Box of Powdered Sugar
stick of butter
package of Philadelphia Cream Cheese (I use regular, as the low fat or no fat doesn't mix well.)

Directions:
Directions:
Cake:
Stir cake mix and jello in large bowl and blend well. Add oil, water and eggs, beat well. Stir in thawed strawberries (I mash them with a fork first.)
Pour in a greased/floured 13 x 9" cake pan and bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

Icing:
Soften butter and cream cheese and add to powdered sugar. Beat well.

Note: I use a blender on the icing and then put it in the refrigerator to let it cool and get a little thick before I ice the cake. Once I ice the cake, I like to leave it in the icebox because the ising tends to melt some, especially if it is warm in the room. Also, due to the cake containing fruit.
