2 (8oz.) cream cheese
4 cups flour
1 lb. Unsalted butter

Filling:
3 egg whites, beat until stiff
12oz. nuts, finely chopped
1 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and chill thoroughly. Roll and cut in squares. Fill and roll. Bake 350 degrees about 15 minutes until golden brown.

Filling:
Blend and spread. Also apricot or prune filling may be used.
