1 lb package coleslaw, or half coleslaw and half broccoli slaw
4 spring onions
1/2 cup roasted sunflower seeds
2 packs Oriental Ramen Noodles
1/4 C oil
1/3 C vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
2 packs oriental seasoning--from the noodle package
1 Tbs water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the coleslaw (cabbage and broccoli) and finely chopped spring onions in a large bowl. Mix oil, vinegar, sugar water and oriental seasoning in a bowl-make sure that the sugar is dissolved, and all the flavors are well blended. Pour over the slaw mixture, and combine. Break the raw noodles into pieces and combine with the sunflower seeds. Add to the slaw mixture-mix well, It is really good the next day!! I have also added cooked and diced up chicken breasts for a meal---
