1/2 lb. Filo
1/2 lb. Butter or margarine
2 eggs
1/2 cup cottage cheese, small curd
1/4 lb. Kefalotiri cheese, grated
dash of white pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, cottage cheese and Kefalotiri cheese together. Melt margarine. Cut filo into strips. Be careful not to let filo dough dry out; use a wet towel to cover. Put a small amount of cheese mixture on strip of filo dough and begin to fold like a flag. Brush on both sides with the melted butter. Place in oven on baking sheet and bake at 400 F until brown.
