Ingredients:  
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 can -6 1/2 oz tuna, flaked and drained
1 small onion minced finely
1 tablespoon finely minced parsley
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can (4 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
3/4 cup milk
1 tablespoons pimento
1 cup buttered bread crumbs
1 8 oz pkg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions, parsley in butter and parsley until tender. Add celery soup, milk and mushrooms stirring until smooth and cooking until heated through. Add pimentos and pour into casserole. Pour over layer of cooked noodles and a layer of tuna, repeat this one more time and top with buttered noodles and place in preheated 325 degree oven for 30 minutes.
