1 1/2 elbow macaroni
3 T butter
2 T flour
1/2 tsp salt
dash of pepper
2 c milk
8 oz velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni in boiling water until tender, drain. In saucepan, melt butter. Blend in flour, salt, and pepper. Add milk, cook and stir till thick and bubbly. Add cheese and stir till melted. Mix cheese sauce with macaroni. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes in a 1 1/2 qt casserole dish.
