1/2 head cauliflower
1 medium onion
1 -10 oz pkg frozen peas

1/2 c shredded carrot
1 c grated cheese
3 boiled eggs
2 c mayo with 2 T sugar stirred in
1 lb bacon fried and broken into pieces

Spread layers in 9 x 13 pan. Starting with lettuce in bottom and ending with bacon spread on top of mayo.
