1 c flour
1/2 c corn meal
4 T sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
2 T butter
1 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Sift the 1st 5 ingredients. Mix egg, butter into milk. Add to sifted ingredients. Put mixture in 8x8 pan and bake for 30 minutes at 400.
