1 pkg frozen hash brown potatoes
1 T flour
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 c milk
2 T butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In a greased 7 x 11 baking pan, place half of potatoes. Sprinkle flour, then 1/2 cup cheese on top. Cover with remaining potatoes. Sprinkle remaining cheese. Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper, then pour on milk. Pour melted butter over top. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until golden brown.
