2 small boxes french vanilla pudding
3 c milk
1 -8oz cool whip
graham crackers
2 sqs. chocolate
2 T milk
1 tsp vanilla
3 T butter
1 c powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together the pudding and milk. Fold in cool whip. Layer 13x9 pan with whole graham crackers. Spoon 1/2 pudding over crackers. Repeat crackers and pudding with crackers on top.
Cream together remaining ingredients and spread on crackers like frosting a cake. Chill 24 hours.
