1 lb ground beef 1/3 c soda cracker crumbs 2 T chopped onion 1 egg 1/3 c evaporated milk 1 tsp worcestershire sauce 1 tsp salt dash of pepper 1 (10 1/2 oz) can beef gravy
Combine beef, cracker crumbs, onions, egg, evaporated milk, salt, pepper and worcestershire sauce. Shape into patties. Bake uncovered in 375º in a large shallow baking dish for about 20 minutes. Spoon off grease. Cover with gravy. Cover and bake another 20 minutes.
