2 1/2-3 c. flour 1 1/2 tsp. sugar 2 tsp. salt 1 pkg. of yeast, or 1 1/2 T. yeast 1 c. hot tap water
In large bowl combine 2 1/4 c. flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Gradually add water and beat. Stir in additional flour to make a ball. Place in bowl and let rise for about 45 minutes. Roll out to fit pizza pan.
