1 qt. Sweet Potatoes, mashed & drained 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 1/4 c. milk 1 t. vanilla 2 sticks of butter 1 c. light brown sugar 1/3 c. self rising flour 1 c. pecans
Mix together sugar, eggs, milk, vanilla, and 1 stick of butter (melted). Add to mashed & drained sweet potatoes. Topping: Mix together light brown sugar, flour, 1 stick of butter (melted) , and pecans and add on top. Bake for 30 mins. at 325º.
