3 to 4 c. squash 1 c. onion, diced 1/2 t. pepper 3/4 stick margarine, melted 2 eggs, lightly beaten 1 t. salt 1 c. milk 1 1/2 c. grated cheese 1 to 1 1/2 c. stuffing mix
Cook squash and onions. Drain & mash. Add remaining ingredients except for the margarine and 1/2 c. stuffing mix. Pour into greased casserole dish. Mix margarine and remainder of stuffing mix together and spread on top. Bake for 35 mins. at 375º.
