1 head lettuce
1/2 head cauliflower, sliced
chopped onion
1/2 lb. bacon fried crisp and drained
2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. parmesan cheese
1 T. mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Layer some lettuce, cauliflower and onion. Layer 3 times. Mix together mayo, cheese and mustard and spoon over all. Top with crumbled bacon. Cover and set all night. Toss gently to serve.
