3 cups frozen broccoli
1/2 c. chopped carrots
1/4 c. chopped onion
3 cups chicken broth
2 cans mushroom soup
1 lb. velveeta cheese
1/2 tsp. black pepper
4 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Add broccoli, carrots, onions and chicken broth to a soup pot. Boil until the vegetables are very tender. Mash the vegetables into small pieces. Add the mushroom soup, pepper, and cheese. Add the milk and slowly simmer until cheese has melted and the soup is smooth. You may wish to add or delete some of the milk according to the thickness of the soup that you prefer.
