2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
dash of salt
1 1/2 cups cooking oil
4 eggs
3 cups carrots grated
Frosting
1 large pkg cream cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cups chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
thoroughly mix all ingredients, except carrots. Fold in carrots. Grease and flour 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes.
Frosting
Combine ingredients and spread over cooled cake
