1 lb ground turkey or beef
2 cups pizza sauce
8 homestyle biscuits (from refrigerator section)
4 oz onions, chopped
1/3 cup green pepper, chopped
mushrooms, as desired
4 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground meet and add sauce. Quarter each biscuit, and add to turkey. Pour into 9x13" pan that has been sprayed with a release agent. You may have to arrange biscuits so they are evenly spread. Top w/onion, green pepper, mushrooms, and cheese. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes until cheese is browned and bubbly. Serves 4

Crescent rolls or baking powder biscuits do not work for this recipe. You may add other toppings as desired.
