3 1/2 oz. pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
4 large eggs
3/4 c. vegetable oil

Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray mini muffin tins with vegetable oil spray. Combine the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs and oil and blend well with an electric mixer until smooth. Pour a small amount of batter, filling each muffin cup halfway. Bake for 12 minutes. Turn out onto a tea towel. Re-spray your tins each time before re-filling between batches.

Dip the muffins into the glaze while they are still warm, covering as much of the cake as possible. Place on wire racks to dry and allow glaze to set.บบบ
