1 lb. turkey burger or hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 C cooked rice
1 can Chicken Gumbo soup
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Chili powder
4 T barbecue sauce and
2 T Catchup mixed

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the meat and onion together and add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for awhile.
Serve on buns or bread and enjoy!

This is a great recipe to make for large crowds. It goes a long way when doubled, tripled and more.
