1 1/2 cups sugar
3 T. cornstarch
3 T. flour
Dash of salt
1 1/2 cups hot water
3 slightly beaten egg yolks
2 T. margarine
1/3 cups plus 1 T. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, cornstarch, flour & salt in a pan. Gradually add water stirring constantly. Cook & stir over high heat until it boils. Reduce heat. Cook & stir 2 more mins. Remove from heat. Stir small amount of hot mixture into egg yolks. Stir egg yolk mixture thoroughly and then add it to the mixture in the pan. Bring to boil again. Cook and stir 2 mins more. Remove from heat. Add margarine and lemon juice and stir thoroughly.
Cover pie top completely with meringue and bake until meringue is lightly brown.
