Directions:
Directions:
Mix meat ingredients all together. Shape into ping pong size balls. Place in large 10 x 15" pan.
Mix all sauce ingredients together. Pour over the meatballs.
Bake meatballs @ 350 for 1 hour. (3/4 way done, pour off grease & continue baking).

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I have never put the green peppers in mine.
I have made the meatballs up and cooked them without the sauce and then froze them. Then when I was ready to use, I thawed them out and put them in a crock pot with the sauce and let them simmer until hot. The only thing with cooking them without the sauce is they tended to stick to the pan. So you could either grease the pan or cook them with a little sauce.
